Coronavirus | Timetables are back to normal across the tpg network
From Saturday, February 12, Geneva public transport will put an end to the "special coronavirus" timetable in force since January 24. The entire tpg network will be running again according to the standard timetable.
The high rate of absence of drivers due to the health crisis had forced tpg to slightly reduce the supply on the tramway and trolleybus network since 24 January. The constant improvement of the situation allows tpg to put an end to this temporary measure and to restore a 100% supply throughout the network.
However, during the Geneva school holidays, the vacation timetables will be in effect from February 12 to 20, 2022. The normal offer will be applied again from the start of the school year, on Monday, February 21.
We thank the travelers for their understanding and support during this extraordinary period. We also count on your commitment and individual responsibility to limit the risks of spreading coronavirus. Thank you for respecting at all times the measures put in place on our network, namely:
- Mandatory mask on board: all travelers from 12 years old (6 years old in France) are requested to wear the mask properly in our vehicles.
- Disinfect hands when entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Promote contactless payment methods, especially on our app tpgPreview.
Stay healthy with the right habits!
