Junior card and Accompanied Child card available in tpg agencies and renewable on the tpg webshop

Do you often take public transport with children? Opt for the Junior card or the Accompanied Child card, which allows children aged 6 to 15 for only CHF 30.00 per year to travel freely either with their parents or another accompanying person. These cards are available for sale in our three agencies (Rive, Cornavin, Lancy-Pont-Rouge) and can easily be renewed on the tpg webshop.

Junior Card

With the Junior Card, for only CHF 30.00 per year, children from 6 years old to their 16th birthday, accompanied by one of their parents, can use public transport freely. The accompanying parent must have a valid ticket and travel together with the child in the corresponding class. You can use the Junior Card anywhere in Switzerland where the half-fare travel pass is valid.

For the first purchase of a Junior card at a tpg agency, please provide the identity documents of all persons or the family record book. Ideally, please indicate both parents. The Junior card for the third child is free on presentation of the cards of the other two children.

Valid Junior cards can be viewed and even renewed via the tpg webshop. To do this, simply create an account in the name of the child or in the name of a parent. In this second case, please add your child to your webshop account from the "Family/Duo Offers" tab.

Accompanied Child Card

With the Accompanied Child card, for only CHF 30.00 per year, children from 6 years old to their 16th birthday can use public transport freely in the company of an accompanying person (grandparent, nanny etc.). They must be at least 16 years old, have a valid ticket and travel together with the child in the corresponding class. You can use the Accompanied Child card wherever the half-fare pass is valid.

To purchase a Accompanied Child card at a tpg agency, please provide the child's official identity document with his or her date of birth. A Accompanied Child card must be purchased for each child-accompanying person combination. It is possible to purchase as many Accompanied Child cards as needed. The same person may accompany a maximum of four children holding the Accompanied Child card.

Valid Accompanied Child cards can be consulted and even renewed via the tpg webshop, provided that it is the same accompanying person. To do this, simply create a tpg webshop account in the name of the child concerned, and the card will appear automatically.
